The Vale 7-Way Battle 2021

​Another excellent evening meeting our friends from other clubs thanks to Zoom.  Harry Gardiner, as always gave superb commentary on the images presented.  As I said on the night, I never tire of listening to Harry's views on images.  ​I learn something from every picture with his help.  ​This year, because of lockdown, it had to be a digital competition.  Hopefully we'll all be protected by booster vaccines next year and so should be able to meet up in person looking at prints.  Thanks to everyone who abided by our rule about new images.

Important Note:

At a committee meeting following the event it was decided to disqualify two clubs for breaking our rules by including images previously entered into external competitions.  The winner of the 7-way battle is therefore Pyle & Porthcawl Photographic Society.  Unfortunately we will not be inviting clubs that break the rules to take part in future.
